Booking & Payments
o Bookings to be secured by a 30% deposit upon confirmation.
o Bookings with 1 or 2 nights stay to be secured by full payment upon confirmation.
o Travel agencies must pay the whole amount upon confirmation.
o All remaining balances to be settled upon check out of the hotel.
o Accounts can be settled by credit card or bank deposits.
o Personal cheques not accepted.
o VISA & MASTERCARD credit cards are accepted.
o Check-in Time: 14:00 pm / Check-out Time: 12:00 noon.
o Additional charges apply to late check-out (30%).
Cancellation Policy
o 7 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date = 100% of deposit.
o21 to 8 prior to confirmed arrival date = 50% of deposit.
o Non show fee = 100% of deposit.
o Departure prior the reserved dates = 50% of remaining accommodation balance.

Due to hotel’s layout most deparments and rooms are not accessible to persons with mobility problems. |
